2026 San Diego Growlers Tryouts

What: 2026 San Diego Growlers Tryouts. This 4 hour session will be skills-based and an installation of offensive and defensive concepts. Our tryout will also include competitive drills and gameplay as we build the 2026 team. 

Each participant will receive professional ultimate coaching, training, feedback, and a custom Growlers jersey.

Registration will close on Sunday, January 4th (no walk-ups will be permitted).

Early bird pricing is $65. The cost will increase to $75 on Dec 20th, so don't delay.

When: Sunday, January 11th, 8 am - 12 pm

Where: Helix Charter High School, 4200 Lowell St, La Mesa, CA 91941

Who: Anyone 18 years of age or older and all genders are welcome. Please check out with your name and email and be sure to select your jersey size. 

General Medical Clearance for Tryouts

All athletes registered for tryouts must be medically cleared before participation:

• If both 1) contracted with the team the year prior and 2) has a complete UFA Medical History Questionnaire on file with the team, the athlete may complete and submit the UFA Medical Update Form (MUF) - Attachment 1 - to the team physician for review
• All other athletes must submit an UFA Medical Clearance Form (MCF) - Attachment 2 - that has been signed by their physician
• All athletes must submit a COVID Clearance Form (CCF) - Attachment 6.

Please email the completed forms to info@sdgrowlers.com no later than one week in advance of the tryout so we can ensure all athletes are cleared to participate. Feel free to send us any questions you have and looking forward to seeing you on the field!
